The BodyMind Method is often added to massage and body work sessions in order to explore the feelings and habits that are showing up as pain in the body. It is my intention to understand how you are feeling and how you want to feel in order to match you with a customized program designed to support your transformational journey.
It has been my experience as a massage therapist that, most often, the pain in ones’ body is related to the emotions we have stored within. Clients that have been seeing me for years, often arrive with the same bothersome pain time after time. It is all too common for people to wait to call until their pain is so unbearable that they’re unable to continue with life as usual. Although single massage sessions will result in relief, it takes only a few days before the pain inches back. Life today is full of repetitive actions that create slow but compounding body imbalance. Adding BodyMind Coaching to body work sessions offers a greater awareness of the connection between the body and mind, and provides tools to override current limiting habits showing up in your life.
